Jay-Z has long been a staple among the hip hop heavyweights of today. From Reasonable Doubt to American Gangster, we have seen Hov grow into one of the greatest of all time. September 11th, 2009, the 8th anniversary of his first installment of the BPs, Blueprint 3 will hit the shelves, but what songs have you heard from the album that makes this a guaranteed banger? Just last year another Mr. Carter, Lil Wayne, dropped hip hops most anticipated album, ova 3 million albums sold to this day & what did C3 really provide you with…. auto-tune and him being outdid by damn near every rap feature on his LP, along with the fact the critics have shitted all over Weezy’s efforts on the album. With the mild hit "Death of Autotune", the commercially rythmic "Run This Town", & the disappointing leaks of the Drake featured "Off That" and "Reminder", could Jay be on his way to dropping 2009’s Tha Carter 3. Realistically, it is slim chance that Hov is gonna do last years Wayne’s numbers, & though he is the better emcee (IMO), do you think Hov is sufferin from C3 Syndrome, cause to me, its looking like the third time isnt the charm, but the curse……. What yall think?
